The TASTO line offers a wide selection of products ranging from high-density Modena vinegar at different stages of maturation and aging, to more contemporary interpretations of this traditional product such as Pearls made with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI or glazes.

Tasto was born in the Modenese countryside, the harvest is done by hand and the production method follows traditional procedures. The vinegar is matured in more than five thousand barrels of various capacities and types of wood. A flavor that takes the best of tradition to revisit it creatively and embellish each dish with inimitable nuances of taste.
