Ingredients:
6 medium courgettes
1 goat cheese
4 sprigs of tarragon (basil or thyme instead)
2 cloves of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Agrodolce fruttato al LIMONE NeroModena - TASTO

Wash the courgettes, do not peel them. Cut into thick rounds and cook with garlic and 1 litre of salted water for 20 minutes. Blend and add the fresh goat cheese, tarragon and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and check the consistency: add a little water if the soup seems too thick.
Serve the cream of courgette with a few chunks of goat's cheese, a sprinkling of pepper and a few drops of Agrodolce fruttato al LIMONE NeroModena - TASTO
