Ingredients: 
Pork slice
Boiled potatoes
Basil pesto
Parmesan cheese
White wine
Walnuts
Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Invecchiato NeroModena - Tondo

Lay the slices on a flat surface, brush each slice with the basil cream, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place a spoonful of boiled potatoes on each slice and a few chopped walnuts. Close the slices like a roulade and seal with a stick.
In a frying pan with a little oil, brown the rolls on both sides, deglaze with white wine and cook. Adjust the salt and sprinkle with chopped walnuts and a few drops of Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Invecchiato NeroModena - Tondo.
