Ingredients: 
Puff pastry
8 apricots
Apricot jam
Sugar
Lemon juice
4 crumbled macaroons
Grated almonds a handful or finely chopped
Crema Tasto Lampone NeroModena 
Crema Tasto Arancia NeroModena

Roll out the puff pastry in a baking tin and place the crumbled macaroons on the bottom. Add the open apricots on the bottom facing upwards. Sprinkle with sugar, a few drops of lemon juice and the slivered almonds.
Bake in the oven at 180° for about 20 minutes. Serve and dress with Crema Tasto Lampone or Arancia NeroModena.
