Ingredients: 
Tomino
Parma ham
Pear
Sugar
Salt
Crema Tasto Fico - NeroModena

Wrap the tomino with prosciutto crudo. Bake in the oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
Slice the pears, place in a pan and caramelise.
When the tomino is soft, serve immediately with the caramelised pears and a drizzle of Crema Tasto Fico - NeroModena.
